Standard Seat Selection Within 48 Hours Prior to Departure: When available, primary Cardmembers with a Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus Credit Card, Southwest Rapid Rewards® Employee Credit Card, or Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus Business Credit Card will be able to select a Standard seat within 48 hours prior to a flight’s scheduled local departure time. If no Standard seat is available, Cardmembers will be assigned a seat in accordance with the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Companion Pass Qualifying Points: Companion Pass® qualifying points are earned from revenue flights booked through Southwest®, points earned on Rapid Rewards® Credit Cards, and base points earned from Rapid Rewards partners. The following do not count as Companion Pass qualifying points: purchased points; points transferred between Members; points converted from hotel and car loyalty programs, e-Rewards®, Valued Opinions, and Diners Club®; points earned from Rapid Rewards program enrollment, tier bonus points; flight bonus points; and partner bonus points (with the exception of the Rapid Rewards Credit Cards from Chase). 25% back on inflight purchases on Southwest Airlines® flights: You will receive 25% back on Southwest Airlines inflight purchases made with your Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus Credit Card for drinks and WiFi in the form of a credit card account statement credit. Statement credit(s) will post to your credit card account the same day as your purchase(s) and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 6-8 weeks.
